PDO (polydioxanone) is the material used in surgical stitches. Plastic surgeons started to use PDO threads for Aesthetic enhancement and lifting of laxed or sagging facial skin. As well, PDO Threads stimulate collagen synthesis in connective tissue and promote facial rejuvenation and skin tightening. Our PDO Thread Lift Training course is a comprehensive training designed for advanced aesthetic doctors, dentists and nurses looking to learn one of the most exciting and effective non-surgical procedures in today’s medical aesthetic field for facial lift. The course provides essential anatomical knowledge and key practical skills on live models. This is an exclusive opportunity to learn how to safely achieve facial volumizing, rejuvenating and lifting by using high quality products on the market and advanced techniques in performing the PDO thread insertion / injection. Please note that the procedure of thread lift should be carried on by licensed healthcare professionals. It falls within the Canadian College of Physicians and Surgeons required qualification as a registered and licensed practitioner. PDO training and certification course is open to MDs, NDs, DMDs, DDSs, RNs and LPNs.
